- The confidential grievance reporting process.
We are committed to ensuring that all concerns are addressed fairly and confidentially. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns is prohibited.
11. Disciplinary Action
Any breach of this policy, including incidents of discrimination, harassment, or failure to follow the Company’s diversity and inclusion procedures, will be treated as a serious matter and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract.

- Preventing accidents and cases of work-related ill health by identifying potential hazards and managing them by reducing the risks associated, so far as is reasonably practicable.
- Completing suitable and sufficient risk assessments for all reasonably foreseeable risks and managing and reviewing using a risk proportionate schedule.
- Maintaining working environments as far as is reasonably practicable. This will include conducting site surveys at client sites.
- Providing clear instructions and information as well as appropriate and adequate training and safe equipment enabling our employees to carry out their roles. We will maintain appropriate training databases and keep up to date with all relevant training.
- Work closely with contractors to ensure anyone employed are suitably competent and adequately trained to carry out their duties. Our selection days play a key role in this management.
- Have in place sensible emergency evacuation procedures for our own sites as well as communicating emergency information to our employees and contractors when working at other locations.
- Engaging and consulting with employees on health and safety issues and informing our key contractors of all relevant health and safety information when working with clients.
- Striving to continuously improve our processes and systems to prevent accidents and work-related ill health.
