CPO Opportunities

KSS’s recruitment process is unique in the close/executive protection space.

To select the best available talent, KSS invites qualified candidates to prove their ability at a CPO assessment day at our training centre in Essex, UK.

Candidates are tested throughout the day by our in-house team of assessors, who are checking for evidence of hard and soft skills through a series of carefully designed assessments.

Great emphasis is placed on identifying effort, enthusiasm, teamwork, communication skills, problem solving, and technical competency. Not only does this ensure that all who pass are deemed fit to represent KSS by our assessors, but that all who work for KSS know their colleagues have met the same exacting standard.

Only 30% of applicants pass this stage of the process, after which our vetting, screening and onboarding checks take place before an applicant progresses to KSS’s pre-deployment training, fitness testing, and ultimately a position with one of our CP teams.
